    Paul Evans Ex Employee Management are all bullies and out of date. Reprimanded for not picking up small pieces of shrink wrap in the area the pickers wrap the pallets up "This is whilst on my way to use the lavatory". Supervisors work station is next to drinks machine and exit so hes the first out at breaks this so hes first back so he can see whose late back off their break and Im not talking minutes but SECONDS. Management will tell you how your morning and late afternoon breaks of 10 minutes are generously paid for and yet you spend half an hour at the end of the day cleaning the warehouse but you only get basic rate for the 2 1/2 hours overtime. The breaks are worth £12 your overtime is worth £9. Taken on for a ten week probationary period thats one days training then its trial and error as you pick it up as you go but you are expected to be as quick as all the long serving employees by the start of your fourth week. Also got a camera in the gents toilet disguised as a smoke alarm. All the pick locations are 2 metres above your head with the letters and numbers 15 to 20 millimetres big so your permanently looking up and hoping no one as left anything to cause a trip hazard. there is a strict rule of no music no banter and if you talk to someone about anything but the job your reported. I could go on but if you like working in an happy environment this is NOT a place for you. As proven many times before "Happy employees = higher work productivity"
